Heard: Live Typologies

Speech recognition drives typography that appears, moves and dissolves in response to what is said in the room.

Real-time generative video built in TouchDesigner, driven by speech recognition and live data visualization.

The room's own talk becomes the type. Words surface as they are spoken, hold, and recede, so the composition is never the same twice and is authored by whoever is standing in it.

The second of three works that take live human input and return it as typography.
